I recently noticed that the control panel selection is missing from the Right Click context menu of the Windows Start menu.

I have no problem finding it by typing it in the search bar, I just type c and it pops up in the list. I edited my question to make this a correct answer. It can always be done, even if one has to build an app specifically for this purpose, but I was looking for a more simple answer using only a few clicks.
