I just had to do the same thing for another client. This one was R2, and as before, integration just stopped working for no apparent reason. I renamed the key and was able to complete the integration wizard.
But this time, I didn’t have to re-assign the e-mail accounts. Just chiming in to say this registry fix still works, was able to successfully reconnect Server Essentials to Office after removing it. Tigra Networks is an IT service provider.
